All of our design and engineering takes place in our headquarters, just outside of Chicago. What many people don't realize, is that while we source glass from the best artisans from around the globe, nearly all of our assembly takes place right in this facility.
Besides just working hard, we have fun. Through company-wide food-drives, toy-drives and donating our time outside of the office, we give back to the community and foster a sense of family within our organization.

Tech Lighting systems are listed by ETL. Our system products are listed only when used as a complete system; that is, when all components, including power supplies, have been provided by Tech Lighting. Substituting another manufacturer’s product will render the listing completely void. Tech Lighting will be removed from liability and any insurance to which you may be entitled will be jeopardized.
STATEMENT OF WARRANTY
Tech Lighting warrants all products manufactured by Tech Lighting to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a specified period after the date of original purchase as follows: 5 years for LED products; 3 years for Energy Star qualified products; 1 year for all other products. This warranty only applies when all components, including power supplies, have been provided by Tech Lighting. Substituting another manufacturer’s product will render the warranty completely void. Upon confirmation of a defect or failure, at our discretion we will repair or replace the item or will refund your purchase price if repair or replacement is not possible or practical. Our warranty covers only the product itself; we will assume no liability for labor costs, installation costs, or other losses. Your warranty rights will be honored only when the product has been installed and used properly. Tech Lighting will not repair or replace products damaged by improper use or faulty installation.
Net 30 days with prior approved credit. If prompt shipment is needed on an initial order (credit checks often take 2 to 3 weeks), we suggest C.O.D. or C.I.A payments. C.O.D. must be certified check or money order. Full freight allowed on orders over $2,000 net, shipped by Tech Lighting’s choice of ground or comparable method to a commercial location within the contiguous United States and Canada. Full freight allowed on orders over $2,500 net, shipped by Tech Lighting’s choice of ground or comparable method to a commercial location within Alaska and Hawaii. No freight allowed on orders drop shipped to a residence. No freight allowed on Rush Orders shipped priority overnight. Minimum $9 handling fee in addition to freight charges.
Returned goods require an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number and unless defective, are subject to a restocking charge of 20%-100%. Please fax a request to your customer service representative, 847.410.4749 or email firstname.lastname@example.org, for a number and be sure it is clearly marked on the outside of the carton. Product must be returned in salable condition within sixty days of RGA issuance for credit to be issued. The specific nature of the problem must be identified for any item returned as defective. Custom products and outdated or modified versions of catalogued items cannot be returned.
Please open and inspect all packages. Breakage must be claimed within 10 business days upon receipt for no charge replacement.
